Project: Commercial Kitchen Overhaul : Hatch Global HQ Kitchen & Cafeteria Modernization

Executive Summary: Executed a complete overhaul of the commercial kitchen and cafeteria at Hatch’s Global Headquarters. The project required replacing dated commercial kitchen equipment and replacing end of life infrastructure with modern, smart-monitored equipment while maintaining 100% staff meal service through an onsite temporary kitchen. All high-impact work was performed off-hours to accommodate Hatch’s bustling work environment. The result was a turnkey modernization delivered with zero operational downtime.
Managed daily site logistics in direct collaboration with Hatch’s internal Facilities, Security and IT teams. This ensured seamless hand-offs between construction phases and re-launch of the cafeteria.
Chaired weekly coordination meetings with 12 key stakeholders. Took ownership of the agenda to manage complex change orders, budget tracking, and progress reporting, ensuring project alignment despite shifting requirements.
Executed all high-impact demolition, structural work and deliveries during off-hours to prevent disruption to the day to day of Hatch’s work.
Set up and maintenance of onsite temporary kitchen facility for the duration of the build, ensuring 100% meal service continuity for Hatch’s staff.
