Executive Summary: Orella Group executed a national rollout to modernize staff environments for Home Depot, encompassing 12 Associate Area refreshes and comprehensive District Office reconstructions. Operating exclusively on night shifts, we delivered full-scale interior transformations in Calgary and Brantford, alongside multi-site facility upgrades nationwide. Our approach allowed for complete site turnover each morning, ensuring that store operations, associate workflows, and customer service remained entirely unaffected by the construction process.
All demolition and construction activities were performed during off hours. Sites were fully cleaned and turned over daily, ensuring a seamless transition for morning staff.
We managed the simultaneous refresh of 12 associate areas, delivering standardized results across multiple regions.
For the Calgary and Brantford Offices, we managed the full project lifecycle from total demolition to final furniture installation, including upgraded lighting, acoustic ceiling panels, and new flooring.
Our project management team provided a single point of contact for all site activities, coordinating multiple trades and orders to ensure all locations met the standards set fourth by Home Depot Head Office.
